General cleaning guidelines

Detailed cleaning method

Introduction

  • White light (100W).

Before using controlled areas clean, GSE must-visit for clean and apparent neatness. Major cleaning – general

After deleting the solvent, visit the surfaces for noticeable cleaning, fixed in MSSL / PA / PS / Q012.01, to verify the surfaces at a visible level.
  • A visual inquiry exposes facade contaminants, repeat, and re-inspection of solvent wiper method above. If the solvent is still visible after removing the solvent, repeat solvent wiper method with the acetone replaced for the IPA. Before applying acetone, confirm that it will not reduce the cleaned content. If the pollutant is apparent after applying acetone, contact the pollution administration manager.

Correctness cleaning

  • Easily erase a clean room dump with Sprint Grade IPA. Don’t wipe or erase the solvent into the container.
  • Immerse the GPE surface with Sector grade IPA, remove the surface in a unified method. Do not ignore crevices, angles, or corners. If needed, use Sobers to separate a swim with the IPA and clean up the recovery area. Clean recessed outsides with swab by revolving swab over the surface. When cleaning, replace or replace a clean exterior with a new leaf, if the defective surfaces are corrupted. Reconstitute swabs when clearly contaminated. Lightly remove the surface or swab with each new IPA and proceed to clean.
  • If the solvent is on a GSE surface, especially the blocked spaces or other roofs, cleaned, oil-free GN2 or air drying s. Splashing solvent and glycaemic surface resistance to gas damage as GS Surface Damage.
  • After deleting the solvent, visit the surfaces for apparent cleaning set in MSSL / PA / PS / Q012 a. processing to verify the surfaces at a visible level. The cleanliness level of the surface will be VC-S. A white light (100W) can be applied to help inspection. Repeat over the cleaning method until the GSE surface displays visible pollution.
  • All clean GSE Wires can be sleeved in bagging Lumallalloy. The end of the lining should be bound with fresh wire tie or Captain Tape.
